Strategic Silo Variants
We offer two primary engineering designs based on your storage volume and discharge requirements:
1. Hopper Bottom Silos (25 MT – 500 MT)
Designed for versatility and ease of use, these silos are perfect for seeds, temporary wet grain storage during drying, or as buffer bins.
- Self-Cleaning Design: The conical bottom (standard 45-degree angle, customizable) allows for natural material venting via a single outlet.
- Dimensions: Diameters from 2.72m to 8.16m, with heights reaching up to 10 rings.
- Applications: Ideal for processing plants and medium-scale storage where frequent discharge is necessary.
2. Flat Bottom Silos (1,000 MT – 12,500 MT)
Engineered for massive industrial and municipal grain reserves, these silos are the peak of high-capacity storage technology.
- Structural Integrity: Built with corrugated panels assembled on circular purlins and vertical stiffeners, bolted onto heavy concrete rings and deep civil foundations.
- Massive Scale: Diameters ranging from 9m to 30m and heights up to 18 rings.
